Our policy is primarily focused on rectifying issues with incorrect or defective items. We do not generally accept returns for Goods if you change your mind. Returns are accepted only under specific conditions outlined below.
Returns for Defective or Incorrect Goods
You may return an Order within 3 days from the date you received the Goods if the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Goods
Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict policy on non-returnable items. The following Goods cannot be returned under any circumstances unless they are defective or incorrect upon receipt:
Exam-Related Materials: This includes, but is not limited to, past papers, review materials, solution manuals, and specific stationery items designated for examination use.
Books and Publications: To protect copyright, books with obvious signs of use, or that have been read, cannot be returned.
Opened Stationery: Any stationery item that has been unsealed or removed from its original packaging (e.g., pens, markers, notebooks, binders).
Personalized or Custom-Ordered Goods: Any item that has been customized to Your specifications.
Sale or Clearance Items: All items purchased on sale or during a promotional event are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Digital Products & Gift Cards.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Conditions for Approved Returns
For a return to be accepted (only in cases of defective or incorrect items), please ensure that:
The return is initiated within 3 days of receipt.
The Goods are in their original, sealed packaging (unless the defect was only discoverable upon opening).
The Goods are unused and in the same condition that you received them.
You have a receipt or proof of purchase.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
